By placing an order on this web site, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following refund policies and conditions.

Refunds Must Meet ALL Applicable Criteria
If your refund request does not match all applicable criteria listed below, it will be rejected.

Annual Travelers Club Member Refund Criteria
Annual members will receive a full refund of their membership when they request a refund within 8 weeks of signing up and have NOT used their luggage gift certificate. If the certificate has been used, then ½ of the membership will be refunded if request is made within 8 weeks of signing up.

Monthly Travelers Club Member Refund Criteria
If luggage gift certificate has not been used, then ALL money paid so far will be refunded. If the gift certificate has been used, then the credit card used to sign up for the membership will be charged 50% of annual commitment minus any monies paid in so far.


*If the luggage gift certificate has been used but the luggage remains new and UNOPENED you can return the Luggage and receive a full refund.
